What I offer

Pilates on the Ball

This class is a mixture of pilates and body conditioning where we use the large swiss ball to develop core strength, mobility and flexibility. An energising class, it’s challenging yet lots of fun and you can expect a great playlist of tunes!

Gentle Pilates & Stretch

This is a gentle and restorative class, with stretches for the whole body whilst incorporating gentle strength building pilates exercises. Ideal for beginners, those returning to the mat, recovering from injury or if you simply want a mindful movement class with chilled out vibes.

Pilates & Tone with Weights

This class combines pilates with all over body conditioning using hand weights to strengthen and tone. This is an energising and uplifting class, we aim to build a bit of heat whilst keeping it low impact (no jumping), so easy on the joints, ideal for so many of us.

Mat Based Pilates

This is an all levels uplifting classic pilates class, you can expect a mixture of core and pelvic strength and stability, to ease back pain and improve posture. Ending with a bit of chill out, It’s a fun class with a great playlist to stay motivated.

FAQs

Do I need to have done Pilates before?

No pilates previous experience is necessary, everyone is welcome at my classes, however I would strongly recommend you attend the mat based pilates first before progressing to the Ball or Weights class. I will always offer adaptations where possible. I hope to welcome you soon!

What do I need to bring with me?

Ideally bring a mat, however I always have a few spare. I provide any other equipment you may need such as a band, blocks, small ball or the swiss balls. You might like to bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class so you can ensure you get your props and mat ready for a relaxed start of class.

What payment options do you have?

All in person classes need to be booked online, using the timetable above. You have the option of cash or card. Or alternatively you can purchase a class pass which is a bundle of classes to be used at your leisure.

Can I cancel a class?

The cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you’ve got a pay as you go ticket, you need to transfer to a future class, if you have a class pass and cancel it will go back on your pass. You can transfer a class (pay as you go or bundle) up to 24 hours before the start of class.
