Our class timetable offers around 30 classes per week, including every morning, evening and week-ends. There is something for everyone, ranging from yoga to circuits, pilates to ballet tone and much more.

We often have pop-up classes, these are a great opportunity to try something new and are coloured in pink or coral on the timetable. Please note, any changes from the regular timetable will also be coloured on the timetable.
