Our class timetable offers around 30 classes per week, including every morning, evening and week-ends. There is something for everyone, ranging from yoga to circuits, pilates to ballet tone and much more.

We often have pop-up classes, these are a great opportunity to try something new and are coloured in pink or coral on the timetable. Please note, any changes from the regular timetable will also be coloured on the timetable.

Gemma’s class is a lovely mix of dance aerobic to get your heart rate up, followed by Ballet Tone exercises. You don’t need to have done ballet before, the exercises have a ballet flavour and is actually quite similar to Pilates. The perfect all round fat burning and toning class.

Emmanuel’s classes are motivating, different each week, fun and motivating! He is very encouraging, and his methods guarantee great results! It really is the fun way to get fit and great for you if if you prefer a class which is non-dance based. Tuesdays include partnered and team work, with shared equipment at a station, followed by group exercises. His Thursday class is all about functional training, flexibility, stability, core strength, and eye / hand / leg co-ordination, plus cardio too. Emmanuel uses hand weights and other equipment – expect to work hard, in a fun supportive environment.

Fit Toned & Fabulous classes are a great fun way to get fit and tone up, we do a simple and easy to follow routine to music – it’s not complicated and so is ideal for anyone who likes aerobics but nothing too complicated!
