Our class timetable offers around 30 classes per week, including every morning, evening and week-ends. Pop-up classes are a great opportunity to try something new and are flagged up in a coral colour on the timetable. Brand new classes, and changes to class times / venues are shown in purple.
You only need to pre-book your very first class by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, there is no need to pre-book classes at JCW Fitness, making it super easy and hassle-free for you.
