Mel believes that yoga not only improves overall health and well-being but also our ability to cope with the many stressful situations of everyday life. Her yoga journey began when she was lucky enough to be introduced to it whilst at school. But it wasn’t until after the birth of her third child that she began a dedicated, daily practice.



ABOUT MELANIE


Mel believes that her experience of yoga has been deeply transformative, increasing her ability to engage in a conscious way with the world and helping her to align her intention to lead a holistic, mindful life.

As a yoga teacher her aim is to create a friendly and encouraging environment, honouring both the energy of the individual and the group. She offers an opportunity to explore the beauty, playfulness and challenges of the practice along with sharing the traditions of the teachings and their applicability to contemporary life.
Students are encouraged to experience yoga in their own particular way, bringing about an awareness and independence of practice.

Her teaching style is a beautiful blend of down to earth and playful, yet deeply mindful and at times spiritual.

  • 200hr certified Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga London.

Mel is a beautiful yoga teacher. She has an inspiring style which incorporates mindfulness and breath work throughout dynamic movement. She uses lovely oils which smell amazing and you always feel so welcome at her classes. Mel challenges you to try new poses and find your edge and my yoga practice has come on a lot since attending her classes. I also love her music soundtracks!
