We offer a £10 discount to full-time independent students, the unemployed or those on benefits, and also senior citizens (on a discretionary basis).

We are genuinely a community-focussed organisation, so if you are genuinely unable to pay the monthly fee and you are not a student or unemployed, please email Jane (owner and founder of JCW Fitness) at firstname.lastname@example.org who will consider your application.
JCW Fitness offer a limited number of free subscriptions each month to community members who have suffered illness, bereavement or mental health issues. So please do get in touch if this applies to you or a friend.

Join me for this bright, flowing vinyasa sequence to fine tune each of the seven energy centres or chakras. Chakras are like batteries for our bodies and each centre relates to a different part of the body, feeling/emotion and aspect of life. Our chakras can become depleted or over charged, especially through transitional periods, such as Summer to Autumn to Winter. This practice is designed to generate warmth and glow from the inside out and bring the chakra system back into perfect balance through asana sequences, pranayama, affirmation and chanting associated with each chakra.
