This class is for you if: You have suffered back pain or back injury in the past, and / or you need to improve your posture or core strength. Pilates is slow and controlled, and strengthens and tones the whole body.
What you will need: Water bottle, comfortable layers of clothing and a yoga mat Classes done in bare feet.

This class is for you if: You would like to take your core and strengthening work to a new level, and combine it with work with hand weights too. This class is a great all-round class, which will really target and improve your core strength and offer a chance to try something a bit different.
The class is more dynamic than mat-based pilates, with more upbeat music and more movement although there is still no jumping and it’s all low impact.
What you will need: A swiss stability ball (65cm), hand weights (usually either 3or 4kg set), water bottle, comfortable layers of clothing and we sometimes use a yoga mat. Some classes are done in are feet, and some in trainers.

This class is for you if: You want to really boost your fitness, burn fat and tone up, but you prefer no dance element to the class. In these classes you will raise your heart rate, use equipment and combine cardio work with mat-based core strength exercises. The ultimate all round workout!
What you will need: Water bottle, trainers, small towel.
Location: At Home online, in future at Coldfall Primary School. Upper floor. Map
This class is for you if: You love both yoga and working with hand weights! This class uniquely combines them both, fusing strength work with weights with yoga poses and flows.
What you will need: Water bottle, yoga mat (possibly blocks but not essential), and small towel.
