Dance Fit & Tone
Funky dance aerobics to burn fat and improve fitness, sometimes followed by toning and strengthening exercises using hand weights (provided). You don’t need to have any dance experience or skills, just a pair of trainers, a bottle of water and a smile!
I really didn't think I could do any class with aerobics in because I hate running, so I went for Pilates which I still enjoy. But my friend dragged me along to try Dance fit and tone and I loved it! The class fills me with energy and confidence and I always feel fabulous after the class, even if I was tired before.
